Cancellation

You can cancel your booking without any charge if you inform us at least 24 hours before the journey time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup time, the following rules will apply:

• Multi-day trip: First day charges will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• Single-day trip / Airport transfer: No refund will be provided.
• Airport transfer (special case): No cancellation charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup time.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
